トリニティ・カレッジは、オックスフォード大学を構成するカレッジです。トリニティ・カレッジは、ダラム・カレッジを起源としています。ダラム・カレッジは1291年頃にダラム大聖堂からのベネディクト会修道士のために創設されました。その後、土地はイングランド宗教改革の最中の1545年に王室に明け渡されました。その後、このテューダーのカレッジが、1555年に創設されました。
Trinity College (College of the Holy and Undivided Trinity in the University of Oxford, of the foundation of Sir Thomas Pope) is a constituent college of the University of Oxford. The college originated in Durham college. The original college was founded for Benedictine monks from Durham Cathedral around 1291. Afterwards the site was surrendered to the crown in 1545 during the English reformation. Subsequently this Tudor college was founded in 1555.
