セント・ジェームズ・パークは、自然豊かな公園です。セント・ジェームズ・パークは、セント・ジェームズ地域（アルファイの子のヤコブ（小ヤコブ））に捧げられたハンセン病の病院にちなんで名付けられた）の南端に広がっています。セント・ジェームズ・パークは、西にバッキンガム宮殿、北にザ・マル、東にホースガーズに、境を接しています。セント・ジェームズ・パークは、西へグリーンパーク、ハイド・パーク、ケンジントン・ガーデンズと続く一連の公園群の最も東にあります。
St. James’s Park is a park filled with nature. The park lies at the southernmost tip of the St. James’s area (which was named after a leper hospital dedicated to St. James the Less). The park is bounded by Buckingham Palace to the west, the Mall to the north, Horse Guards to the east. The park is the most easterly of a continuous chain of parks that also includes (moving westward) Green Park, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

St. James’s Park has a small lake called St. James’s Park Lake with 2 islands. A resident colony of pelicans has been a feature of the park since pelicans were donated by a Russian ambassador to Charles II in 1664.
