Guildhall is a town hall in London, the United Kingdom.
ギルドホールの場所には、ブリタンニアで最も大きいローマ人の野外劇場がありました。その後、サクソン人のギルドホールが建てられ、そして、現在の建物は1411～1440年に建てられました。現在のゴシック・リヴァイヴァル様式の大玄関は、1788年に加えられ、1910年に修復されました。ギルドホールは、今なお、シティ・オブ・ロンドンの典礼や行政上の中心です。
On the site of Guildhall lay a Roman amphitheatre which was the largest in Britannia. Afterwards a Saxon guildhall was built and then the present building was built from 1411 to 1440. The hall was damaged in the Great Fire of London in 1666 and was partially restored in 1670. The present grand entrance in the Gothic Revival style was added in 1788 and was restored in 1910. The hall is still the ceremonial and administrative centre of the City of London.
