The Orthodox Church of St. Paraskeva (Šv. kankinės Paraskevės cerkvė) is a church in Vilnius, Lithuania and is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Historic Centre of Vilnius.
正教会の聖パラスケワ教会は、ヴィリニュスで最も古い正教会の教会の一つです。聖パラスケワ教会は、1345年に建てられました。聖パラスケワ教会は、1557年に火災により完全に破壊され、3年後に再建されました。聖パラスケワ教会は、1611年に再び焼け落ち、廃墟のままでしたが東方典礼カトリック教会に渡されました。1655年に、聖パラスケワ教会は、正教会に戻され、修復されました。聖パラスケワ教会は、1748年に再び火災により破壊され、再建されました。聖パラスケワ教会は、再び東方典礼カトリック教会に渡され、1839年に正教会に戻されました。現在の建物は、1864年にビザンティン・リヴァイヴァル様式で再建されました。
The Orthodox Church of St. Paraskeva (Šv. kankinės Paraskevės cerkvė) is one of the oldest Orthodox churches in Vilnius. The church was built in 1345. This church was completely destroyed by fire in 1557 and rebuilt 3 years later. The church was burnt down again in 1611 and was given to the Uniates even though ruined. In 1655 the church was given back to the Orthodox and was renovated. The church was again destroyed by fire in 1748 and was rebuilt. The church was again given to the Uniates and was given back to the Orthodox in 1839. Afterwards the current building was rebuilt in the Byzantine Revival style in 1864.
