リンダーマルクト（家畜広場）は、ミュンヘン最古の通りの一つです。リンダーマルクトには、おそらくミュンヘン全体の発祥の地である聖ペーター教会が立っています。リンダーマルクトは、元々名前の由来である家畜市場として用いられました。
Rindermarkt (Cattle Market) is one of the oldest streets in Munich. The Church of St. Peter (presumably the originating point for the whole city) stands on the street. The street was originally used as a livestock market from which the name derives.
リンダーマルクトには、ルフィーニハウスと呼ばれるフレスコ画で豊かに装飾された建物があります。ルフィーニハウスは、実際には3つの家の集まりで1903～1905年に建てられました。名前は、18世紀のバイエルンの重要な塩商人に由来しています。ルフィーニハウスは、第二次世界大戦中の1944年に損傷し、1954～1955年に再建されました。上階はミュンヘン観光オフィスを含む市の行政オフィス、下階は伝統的なミュンヘンのお店に占められています。
There is a building richly decorated with a fresco called the Ruffinihaus (Ruffini House) on the street. The building is actually a group of 3 houses and was built from 1903 to 1905. The name derives from an important salt trader in Bavaria in the 18th century. The building was damaged in 1944 during World War II and was rebuilt from 1954 to 1955. The upper floors now house city administration offices including the Tourism Office of the city and the ground floor is occupied by traditional Munich shops.
